From a young age, Jenn had a fascination with how the human body functioned that stemmed from having a family background in healthcare, along with a passion for athletics. This led her to Colorado State University where she studied Health and Exercise Science, with a Sports Medicine concentration and competed on the CSU Swimming and Diving Team. She then completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of the Pacific in 2008.
Since then, she has completed 20+ continuing education classes and certifications in manual therapy, Functional Dry Needling (FDN), Myofascial Decompression Technique (MDT, aka cupping), vestibular rehab, soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation and more.
Jenn is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner, which is a manual therapy method which treats muscle, joint or tendon pain focusing on correcting altered movement patterns by mobilizing joints during active movement. She is also a Certified Vestibular Rehab Specialist and treats vestibular disorders characterized by dizziness, vertigo, and trouble with balance, posture, and vision. She has extensive experience and training in differential diagnosis and treatment of pain, headaches and dizziness in the upper cervical spine.

She is committed to quality, individualized, evidence-based patient care, and uses a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue and joint mobilization, FDN, MDT, neuromuscular re-education and individualized exercise programs to help each individual she works with maintain a healthy and pain-free lifestyle.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids, being involved in her church, attempting triathlons, and being outside skiing, fishing, camping and hiking with friends and family!
